The world is filled with people who just want to hit the apply button and move on, barely registering what company they just applied with. Do you really want those people?
Or do you want people who have picked you specifically, who know you, who have read about you, who are fans?
The only way to find those people is to tell the world something about yourself. Tell stories about your company and the people in it. That’s how people become fans of brands.
Alternatively, you could give just as much care into picking applications as button-pushers gave in submitting them.
